Christmas waste and recycling services

The household waste and recycling crews will be out collecting as normal whenever it is safe to do so this Christmastime. Follow our SBC Facebook and Twitter accounts for regular updates during bad weather.

Christmas Day Residents whose usual collection falls on Tuesday 25 December, please put your household waste and recycling out by 6.30am on Thursday 27 December and leave them out until collected. We will collect everything by the end of the week. Boxing Day Residents whose usual collection falls on Wednesday 26 December, your new collection day is Saturday 29 December, put waste & recycling out by 6.30am. New Years Day All collections running as normal.

Garden waste collections will be suspended throughout the Christmas period. More information is available at swindon.gov.uk/recycling
