Tenants can now request and book repairs appointments online

We have just launched a new online system for tenants to report problems with their homes.
You can sign-up to My Housing Tenancy through the SBC website and request repairs and choose appointment times which suit you. We have expanded our appointments to offer you slots for up to 40 days away, with more convenient times such as appointments which avoid the school run.
We’re hosting drop-in sessions throughout November and December 2018 to help any tenants who are interested in using the online repairs request system but is not as confident with computers or using the internet. You can find them on our website here - please share these with anyone who might be interested in coming along.
Tenants should still report all emergency housing problems through Customer Services or through the out-of-hours number available .
