Mi-Space are currently carrying out the works needed on our Pinehurst and Stratton 'Tin house' properties and part of the Midas Group.
The salary is £16,000 -£18,500 dependant on experience and a permanent position.
Construction Project Administrator Midas Group is one of the largest independent property services groups in the UK. They have offices throughout the south west region and south Wales that deliver our specialist services in: Construction, Retail, Affordable Housing and Developments (Mi-Space).
The Project Administrator role sits within our Mi-Space Asset Management division and will be based on site in Swindon. Asset Management specialise in planned maintenance and the refurbishment of affordable housing. The Midas vision is to be widely acclaimed for industry leading performance and customer service. A quick overview: You will assist the Operational Hub lead with the organising, coordinating and delivery of Internal and External works programmes. To include scheduling of resources, programme updates, allocation of appointments and properties, project reporting and service delivery.
A bit more about the role
•Plan weekly activities for pre work surveys and attendees.
•Organise daily allocation of site team to deliver programme requirements
•Co-ordinate the activities of sub-contractors/trades to ensure work is carried out efficiently and allocation informed to residents
•Maintain and back up the Pre works Master spread sheet and Master workbook
•Support project teams with IT and reporting functions
•Update client portals where required and provide progress information
•Act as Super User for Oneserve
•Collate and update all Handover documentation and records
•Collect and collate all information required for H&S files
•Organise production of H&S file
•Act as a central point of reference for internal & external queries
•Assist Project Manager in maintaining and updating both Mi-space and sub-contractor training records and certification.
•Data entry and maintenance of relevant project sections of Alchemy
•Co-ordination, administration and minute taking of relevant meetings
•Communicate with clients and third parties in Midas Group Ltd best interests at all times.Manage client expectations and report against customer specific measures - assist Project Manager to deliver against project KPI’s (CCS, H&S, CSAT etc.)
•Ensure all actions and activities achieve industry leading performance and customer service
•Excellent telephone manner

•Good track record of working in a multi-disciplined, fast paced role
•Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
•High accuracy levels and attention to detail
•Comprehensive knowledge of job management systems and/or Microsoft Office packages •Able to exercise discretion & high levels of confidentiality
•Previous maintenance experience preferred but not essential
