The Tenant Scrutiny Panel is a tenant’s group that aims to have greater transparency in how Housing Services operate and to help put tenants at the heart of the organisation. They:
Scrutinise the housing services delivered to all tenants
Give an independent view of how we perform and how our processes work. This group will remain distinct from existing Tenant Groups
Highlight what we do well and what we need to do better
Report back to Tenant Groups, Service Managers and Councillors on recommendations to implement change, if necessary.
